Rental Equipment Terms & Condition:

The above rates are with operator for minimum 10 hrs a day, 26 days a month regardless of actual hours used per day.

Rate Excludes Friday & Qatar government holidays.

If the equipment is used less than 26 days, the daily rate will be applied, and accordingly the invoice will be prepared.

Any extra hours, over 10 hours a day shall be charged on prorate basis.

Diesel for equipment shall be provided by client.

PPE to be provided by your company.

Hire charge will be start, when the equipment & operator will be reached at your site.

Transportation or food & accommodation for operators/ drivers, gate passes for technician group, equipment supervisor & operator shall be arranged by client.

Minimum Hire period is One months.

Delivery : within 2 days from after confirmation.

Payment : Within 30 days from invoice date

Any changes to the rental period must be notified in writing within (3) three working days.

Off hire period: (3) three working day advance notice in writing.

Quotation Validity: (3) Three working day from the above quotation date.
